Useful Practice Information

Feedback

At Gundagai Medical Center we value your feedback. You can let us know in person, in writing, or by email to reception@gundagaimedical.com.au.

Patient information

We take patient confidentiality seriously at Gundagai Medical centre. We will not release you information to third party without your documented consent. If you would like your file transferred to another practice, we can send a patient summary and recent results. Please speak with our practice manager if you need the whole file, and we can find the best way to do this for you. This will incur a small administrative fee.

Communicating with the practice

Our phones are attended between 0830 and 1700 Monday to Friday. Our reception staff can be emailed on reception@gundagaimedical.com.au and will respond to your query.

If you are unwell and feel you cannot wait for the next available standard appointment, please ask to speak with our friendly nursing staff, who help triage your appointment to best suit your needs.

If you have a medical question and cannot contact us please contact HealthDirect on 1800 022 222 or attend your nearest emergency department.
